Pre-registration is in the process and its deadline is August 31st, 2023.
Please send your name, address, phone number, email address and registration fee option
to the 8th ICLPRP Secretariat ( iclprpkr@nate.com ), and we will prepare an invoice for you.
The registration fee options are listed below.
- Registration Fee - Regular (Early Bird) : USD 600
- Registration Fee - Postdoctoral (Early Bird) : USD 500
- Registration Fee - Student (Early Bird) : USD 400
- Registration Fee - Accompanying Person (Early Bird) : USD 100
- Sponsorship 800 : 50% discount on registration fee for 1 person : USD 800
- Sponsorship 2500 : 50% discount on registration fee for 1 person and support 1 exhibition booth* : USD 2500
- Sponsorship 4000 : registration fee waiver 2 persons and support 1 exhibition booth* : USD 4000
- Sponsorship 5500 : registration fee waiver 3 persons and support 2 exhibition booth* : USD 5500
- Sponsorship 8000 : registration fee waiver 4 persons and support 2 exhibition booth* : USD 8000
* includes an exhibition booth (3 m x 2 m x 2.5 m), a 3-outlet power strip, a booth placard sign (3 m x 0.7 m), a desk 1 pcs, and a chair 2 pcs

Pre-registration fee can be paid by bank transfer.

If you send the above information and receive an invoice before Aug 31st 2023, you can pay the Early Bird registration fee with a credit card at the conference venue on-site.
The pre-registration process closes on Aug 31st 2023. Participants unable to register through this pre-registration process will be required to pay the regular registration fee by credit card on-site.
Upon receipt of the registration fee payment, we will send you a registration fee receipt.
If you need an invitation letter for visa application, please let us know.
Also, please let us know if you have not yet received a letter of acceptance.
